A Chamber Built From the Ground Up
The ECC Black Chamber was founded out of a clear recognition that Black business owners in East Contra Costa County needed a dedicated home — a space built with authenticity, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to community-first values.
We will serve Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley, and the broader East Contra Costa region. The ECC Black Chamber is fiscally sponsored by Dream2b, a registered nonprofit, and guided by a growing Advisory Council of East Contra Costa leaders.
